Can people navigate, read, and contact you?
A website can look polished while making everyday tasks difficult. A menu may be hard to use with a keyboard. A form may lack a clear label. Low contrast can make a button difficult to read.
We review agreed pages and important journeys, such as finding a service or sending an inquiry. You receive specific findings and a practical path forward.
Automated checks support the review alongside manual testing. We use relevant WCAG 2.2 criteria to guide the checks within the agreed scope.
The details that affect real tasks.
Keyboard access and focus
Menus, links, controls, and the visibility of keyboard focus. We check whether users can move through the agreed journey and reach its important actions.
Labels and helpful feedback
Field labels, required-field instructions, errors, and the steps involved in submitting an inquiry. A useful form should help people understand what to do next.
Contrast, text, and zoom
Text and button contrast, readable content, and how agreed layouts behave when text is enlarged or the available screen width changes.
Headings and link purpose
Page structure, heading order, descriptive links, and important landmarks that help people understand and navigate content.
Images and alternatives
Image alternatives within the agreed pages, including whether meaningful images communicate useful information and decorative images create unnecessary noise.
Controls and embedded tools
Selected interactive features and third-party tools used in the agreed journey. We identify issues we can fix and those that may require a vendor or specialist.
A useful plan.
Specific next steps.
The review turns findings into work you can prioritize, rather than leaving you with an unexplained scanner score.
- 01
A defined review scope
The pages, features, and journeys included in the review, along with the checks performed and any access or testing limitations.
- 02
Documented findings
Affected URLs, examples or screenshots where useful, the observed problem, and an explanation of how it can affect a visitor.
- 03
Prioritized recommendations
Recommended next steps, the issues to address first, and whether a fix involves content, WordPress settings, theme code, or a third-party feature.
- 04
A plan for implementation
A separately agreed scope and price for fixes, if you want our help applying the recommendations. Retesting of those changes is included in that agreed implementation scope.
Review. Improve. Recheck.
Start with the important pages.
Tell us about your website and the tasks visitors need to complete. We agree the review scope, required access, deliverables, and pricing before beginning.
Make practical improvements.
Use the findings with your own team, or ask us to quote the WordPress fixes. Work that involves an external platform or vendor is identified before implementation.
Keep the work useful.
For agreed implementation work, we retest changed pages and document remaining issues. Ongoing WordPress maintenance can support your website after the project.
Know what you’re requesting.
Is this just an automated scan?
No. Automated checks help flag issues, while manual checks examine agreed tasks and interactions. W3C explains that a tool alone cannot determine whether a website meets accessibility standards. Read W3C’s evaluation overview.
Does a review cover every page?
The pages and journeys are agreed in advance. Findings apply to the reviewed scope; a sample review is not a claim that every part of the website conforms to WCAG.
Can you fix the issues?
We can quote practical changes to your WordPress website. Some problems may depend on a theme, plugin, external vendor, or specialist. We explain those dependencies in the findings.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the agreed pages, features, and testing scope. Send your website URL and priorities, and we’ll discuss a scoped proposal before work begins.
What should we send you?
Your website URL, any specific problems you have noticed, and the pages or tasks that matter most. Please use the form below and select Accessibility Review.
